Wienerberger, also in the Netherlands, is making its production sites more sustainable. To replace the current fluorescent and gas discharge luminaires, several LED options were investigated. After a thorough selection, Rofianda was selected as preferred supplier for the lighting. Wienerberger has 16 production sites in the Netherlands, each of which brings its own challenges. Thanks to the flexibility of Rofianda's product ranges, a suitable solution can be offered for each location, dimming or switching.
Products are always IK10 (vandal-proof) and IP66 (dust- and waterproof), making them very suitable for use in production environments. In addition to lighting for the production halls Rofianda will also provide lighting for the offices and outside areas are going to provide. If required, the lighting in the production halls can be fitted with a Nedap IoT node. In combination with Nedap's Luxon system, daylight and movement can be anticipated. In combination with the Luxon system, the lighting can be dimmed, which not only makes the lighting more efficient but also allows higher energy savings.
